In-Store Fundraisers:

We get really excited when people reach out and open their hearts to a great cause. We can help by donating a portion of our proceeds during a pre-determined time frame to your school or non-profit organization. While we’re busy making pizza & beer, we’re both working together to make a difference in the world! The more we plan & promote, the more successful the event will be. Depending on the month, we arrange fundraisers on Monday, Tuesday or Thursday evenings from 5:00-8:00 pm (or other arranged hours) and calculate a percentage of all sales.

Here’s how to make the most of the event:

1. Schedule enough time in advance for your group to ensure that people mark their calendars, and then follow up closer to the event to remind people.
2. Print posters, flyers, banners, etc. with information stating all the details of your event (when, where, what, etc.) and post them everywhere you can. For more information on using our logos and artwork, please email [email protected].
3. Remind everyone to bring in the flyer and give it to the cashier so that the money you spend is accounted for. Please remember, if your party does not provide the flyer, we will not apply the purchase amount toward the total amount donated.

Please do not distribute flyers and promotional information during your event.  Doing so will nullify your fundraising arrangements with us.
